I would like to thank all of the women who contributed to this project. I am so very grateful to all of those who also shared photos of their hands even if I have not had a chance to paint them yet! All of your stories resonate with women from around the world; women of all ages, cultures, abilities and sexual identification. I know that writing or talking about yourself is not easy. So many women are very humble, but your courage sets the example for others and helps to build a strong community and makes this world a better place! 

Je tiens à remercier toutes les femmes qui ont contribué à ce projet. Je suis très reconnaissante à toutes celles qui ont également partagé des photos de leurs mains même si je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de les peindre ! Toutes vos histoires résonnent avec des femmes du monde entier ; femmes de tous âges, cultures, capacités et identification sexuelle. Je sais qu'écrire ou parler de soi n'est pas facile. Tant de femmes sont très humbles, mais votre courage donne l'exemple aux autres et aide à bâtir une communauté forte et un monde un meilleur !
