I’m an advocate for physical and mental health while always trying to find more ways to be the best version of myself. The best version of myself is not necessarily the happiest, or most hardworking or most social. But the best version of myself is the one who feels most regulated and grounded through healthy habits and coping mechanisms to get me through the day!
I believe my hands contribute to making the world a better place by positively impacting others through health and wellness! I started my journey by leading people through physical exercise and personal training! And now I’ve furthered my wellness journey by teaching 1:1 breathwork!
Exercise and breathwork not only have physical benefits but emotional benefits too. It’s amazing to see how people feel after I’ve led them through either practice. It improves emotion, mood, confidence, negative thoughts, hormones, and stress levels too. And it’s wonderful knowing I had a positive impact on making them feel a little bit better than before!
