On the day that the restrictions eased last summer, I walked through the Byward market and met this young woman who was working as an ambassador for the City. Her hands, beautiful smile and knowledge contributed to making this world a better place by guiding tourists, pointing people in the right direction while staying hydrated because we were in the middle of a heat wave!!
